Welcome to the launching of our first electronic newsletter, Med Management Quarterly . Several years ago we produced a newsletter which was mailed to our clients on a quarterly basis. It was very well received but became cost prohibitive. With electronic capabilities expanding through our website, www.osullivanconsult.com, we will be able to offer information, links and articles on the operations and management of a medical practice.

Consulting Group will be introducing new services as well
as expanding on some of our existing services. These services
have been developed with our clients needs in mind. For instance,
we get many requests for information on reimbursement, contracting
and personnel forms. The eventual goal of the website
is to introduce a membership which will offer enhanced access
to information just by logging onto the O'Sullivan Consulting
Group website. Our goal is to bring timely information
to managers and physicians impacting their environment and
the ever changing world of health care. This will
not be a traditional list serve. Medical office managers/administrators
are bombarded with information from the organizations we belong
to, particularly in specialty areas. Keeping up with
information about our specialties is challenging. Med
Management Quarterly will offer articles, links
and data directed at general office management improvement.
