Welcome to the launching of our first electronic newsletter, Med Management. Several years ago we produced a newsletter which was mailed to our clients on a quarterly basis. It was very well received but became cost prohibitive. With electronic capabilities expanding through our website, www.osullivanconsult.com, we will be able to offer information, links and articles on the operations and management of a medical practice.

The job description should clearly identify tasks, level of responsibilities and any required skills, such as a "working knowledge of Excel or Word." Listed below are the steps in the hiring process we have found to be effective.
