Insurance Issues

     Many carriers are doing mass mailings now to build their networks.  Be wary of any and all communications from insurance companies.  For instance, many companies have a “do nothing for participation” clause in the letter.  In other words you are in if you don’t respond.  When checking contracts be sure to check: 

• Termination Clause
• Claim Submission
• Compensation/ Fee Schedule
• List of Products
• Effective Dates
