HOW TO DEAL WITH CONFLICT IN THE WORKPLACE

To handle conflict among co-workers here are a few techniques to use:

• Ask those who disagree to paraphrase one another's comments.  This

           may help if others do not really understand.

• Work out a compromise.
• Have each side write down questions needing to be resolved.

• Respect all other employees.

• Ask each member to list what the other side should do.

Giving opinions, resolving conflicts and compromise will make productive employees and a lot happier work environment!
